It is locked and i forget password

You need to Restore it. Just plug it into the computer you sync it too(it must be that one), open up iTunes and select your iPod in the list to the left, then right under the big picture of your iPod you will see a button that says "Restore," click it. Restoring it will take about 10-15 minutes, but it will take the lock off.
