I just installed PrintMaster silver 15 and the installation went well but when I click on PrintMaster it says (mind you there is only one computer here and I am using it) "The network user file C:\Documents and Settings\ All Users\ Application Data\ Broderbund Software\ Print\ PrintMaster\ PMUSERS.Dat, is currently in use. Please Help!!!

Uninstall the software and then restart the computer and re-install it and see what happens. That should cure the problem.
