My HP M447 camera battery loses power. I may be recharging it wrong. Arethe photo dock and camera supposed to be on? Just the dock on? Just the camera on? Is there a photo somewhere that I may use as a guide.
My HP M440 series cd does not run. I says I'm not conntected to the internet. Obviously I am.

While charging the camera should be off. Detailed instructions should be found in the manual.
