is there a setting ?? Dehumidify ??? as opposed to "Fan" if so set to Dehumidify...also turn up the dial to a higher number.....Is the element in the back Cold???? If on Dehumidify . turned up high and the element is cold...then you have a refrigerant leak and not worth fixing unless its under warranty
