I am running Windows XP on a Dell desktop with a Dell AIO 942 printer. All functions work well except the copy function. On both black and color copy functions, the printer leaves a faded area of about 1 to 2 inches at the left margin. I have reinstalled the driver, but this has not helped. The printer is out of warranty, so I cannot talk to Dell without paying for it. Is there a part I can order to fix the problem?
