FIRST CHECK IN REGISTRY AND DELETE UPPER FILTER AND LOWER FILTER HOW EVER BEFORE DOING THAT PLEASE TAKE THE BACKUP OF REGISTRY FILES AS IT MAY CRASH YOUR SYS. SO DO IT WITH AN PROFESSIONAL.
