Question about Computers & Internet
When I start my Laptop The LED lights up but then it gives the error Unable to locate the OS.
Does the hard drive show up in the bios?
It sounds like you operating system is damaged and you will need to reinstall it.
If there is anything you need to get off the hard drive you will need to put the hard drive into a desktop via an adapter or use a bottable disc program called backtrack2 to get data off and onto a memory stick.
Hope this helps?
