There may be 2 issues;

1) Your antenna receiver is not faulty
To confirm cross check by putting at least 2 different SIM card from different service providers, if the problem prevails then the issue iswith the antenna.

2) Your Service Providers have set you to limited service.
To confirm repeat the thing I told in first point, and if your Phone works perfect with other SIM Cards, then just call your Service Provider and tell them your issue.
