I installed the software that was included with the webcam and followed the instructions. When it instructs me to connect the camera for detections the computer would not detect the webcam in any of the USB connections available on my computer. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver software. The other option that I tried was to get on the manufactor's website and download the software available for the webcam. I am running out of options of getting the webcam to work.

If you have uninstalled the webcam software and drivers, please restart your computer if you have not already done so since. Also, make sure that your webcam is not connected to you computer after restarting. You should now be able to insert the CD software, and install the webcam by following the instructions on screen! When installing a webcam, you must first install the software from the CD that came with your webcam. DO NOT CONNECT THE WEBCAM before you have installed the software or your computer will not detect the new hardware.
