Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
Hello, I have a two Alltel Motorola Q's and they both will not come on. They just show a white screen with Alltel? I got one phone to work for a bit and really did nothing but push a bunch of keys. Thanks
Hi mine did the same thing yesterday and when i called technical support they said to take the phone to any retail store for a replacement as this is a known issue that they are having right now. we looked at 7 stores but no one had any so i called technical support back and the tech told me to take the battery out for 5 mins and then put it back in once it is in hold down the silver center button and just wait till the screen says MASTER RESET select reset and just wait till it finishs the process it will show windows mobile screen then go black, once it goes black TAP the power button it should work fine then but if you still have problems then you must take the phone and get it swapped out. hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,HAPPY NEW YEAR,,,,,,,,,,,,
