I just bought a riptunes mp3 digital media player. I tried to connect the device to my computer and am getting a message that no driver is found. After troubleshooting on my computer, I was not able t

Your Computer SHOULDl recognise the player as a USB drive automatically
as below.
Manual. download here.

'Connecting the Player to the USB port of your computer

• Connect the player to your PC as shown.
• The player will turn on automatically and display "USB connected" on the display. The player will appear as a drive letter on your computer, a Mass Storage Class (MSC) device, and behave as a detachable drive for file transfer in one or both directions.
• The RCA easyRip Media Software installer is stored in the player, go to MyComputerin the Start menu, find and open the drive letter associated with the player (i.e. LYRA) and then double-click the
rcaeasyrip_setup file to launch the installer.
• The software installer can be deleted from the player after installation to free up more storage spaces.
• It might take several seconds for the player to be detected. Click
Refresh in My Computer or Windows Explorer to make sure the player has been detected.

Don't disconnect the USB cable to the PC or the player during the software installation'

Why are my songs stoppin at 10secs

There could possibly be an "Intro" option, that would cause the problem but I don't own this product and am not sure if there even is an Intro option. Just throwing it out there.

Innovage digital audio player

Plug in your device to your computer. It should let you know which removable disk it is. Then click on my computer right click on the removable disk and then hit format. I had the same problem I did that and I am able to download music and videos and pictures now.

Display says no files

Free up some memory for the system to work - the player requires 20 - 30 megs of memory to store info (ie indexes files). You are pushing the limit to the edge, if you want to add more music use the external memory card feature but don't exceed the song and folder limit for your firmware limit.
I have the RD2317 1G internal + 1G external - 500 songs; I thought to add a 2G but why; it would hit the song limit of 520.
Warning record feature does not work on cards over 512M consistently - crashes the player - most likely power consumption issue with external card.

No files notification

Windows Update from last year killed this player. The company is out of the mp3 business, so there is no way to fix this issue. You could try reformatting the player:
Ensure the Digital Audio Player is ON.
Use the supplied USB cable to connect between Digital Audio Player
and PC.
Double click My Computer icon on the desktop. You can find a
"Removable Disk" is added to your computer.
Right click on the Removable Disk then select Format.
Select FAT
