Question about Avanti EWC28 Wine Cooler

1 Answer

Avanti EWC28 Wine Cooler TOO Cool

My Avanti EWC28 Wine Cooler is way too cool. I have it turned all the way down and the "warmest" I can get it at is about 49 degrees. I really want to keep my wine at 55 degrees, which should be very normal for a wine cooler. My email is if you have any ideas.
Thanks! Kristy

Haier wine cooler won't cool

Does the unit cool at all? If it is running and not cooling properly, check and clean the condenser coils on the back of the cooler.

Wine cooler has no light or power working it simply shut down

you want to check power coming into unit... do you have power at the switch... there was alot of issues a ton etime with there power control switches and thermostats... check incoming power to unit and see if the switch has failed... also these units have small controls on them that will fail from time to time. you are going to have to see where power has failed at.

Vinotemp VT-16TEDS has light on but doesn't cool

First check the grating over the fan in the back. If it is covered with dust, there won't be enough air flow and the unit won't cool. Clean the dust off and see if it cools back down. It may take a long time to cool down if it is full of wine, so I recommend taking the wine out to test if it works.
