Hello rdblum, Dave here! I can tell you that you most likely have a bad T-con board also known as a Timing control board! P/N:3240WTC4LV0.5 (((( Please make sure this is the same part # you have on your T-con board before you buy a replacement board!)))) If you replace this board it will most likely fix your TV buddy!

Just to give you heads up! There is a 10% or less chance that the LCD PANEL it's self is bad! I my self have only come across this type of problem where the panel is bad once in the past two years! I have also done this repair at least 14 times in the last two years on an LN-S4051DX & LN-S4041DX!
