How come when I load my 7700 software I can't go back and print on my HP 3310? Thanks!

Hi,
This is Enday,,,scamiam, i think your having problem with the software that you have installed lately..your using the hp3310 printer ,,,and you install the software for 7700 printer... that is why your prnter is not working... coz that is what we called the compatibilty between the hardware and software...

Now, if you want your printer to work.... you have to un-install the 7700 software at the control pannel then click on add/remove programs... after that install the software bundlled for the hp3310 printer...

After that restart you computer...to take effect on what changes you make....
