The main a/c fuse is likely blown -6.3A 250VAC- Replace with a 7A 250VAC.
To replace - remove back cover - once removed follow a/c cord to TV and fuse is on the board close by. google "GMA fuse" images to see what fuse looks like -the one without leads -clip in type.
