hmmm? if its seized up when spinning can you turn the drum by hand now? is it very noisey to turn? try lifting the drum with your hand from the inside top,if there is lift and gritty sounds coming from when it turns its most likly to be the main bearings on the drum seized up on you,,,
pricy job that is!
