I do not have Cummins codes so I would consider replacing the injectors or taking it to a Cummins service centre to have it fixed as the parts will not be cheap if not diagnosed correctly
Take it to the shop and ask them to read the on board diagnostic codes stored in the ECU. Most vehicles carry a 3 year manufacturers warranty, regardless of what the dealer offers. If the dealer wont fix it free of charge, appeal to the original manufacturer directly.

Research the trouble codes.....my '01 had a similar problem, turned out to be the CPS (Cam Position Sensor).
Easy fix.....10mm nut and unplug/plug in and reset codes and your done.

your code is PCM/ECM power input signal intermittent. this is ussually a sign of a bad connection whether it be in a connector or a short or brake in a wire.
p0303=misfire on cyl 3 p0513=incorrect immobilizer key p2503=charging system voltage low p063d=charging system voltage high p2509=PCM input signal intermittent have a dealer check this one,it could be anything from the ignition to a alternator failing
