If the oven element or the indicator light don't come on it sounds like a timer problem. I assume the oven has an electronic timer/clock. The timer must be in manual mode for the oven to work. If so, turn the oven ON. Then operate the clock/timer buttons to get it in the manual mode. Be patient. When the oven indicator light comes on it is in manual mode. Please vote for me if this helps you.
When you say board I assume you mean the electronic clock/timer. This timer directly affects the oven operation. Even if the internal oven fuse is blown or the thermal overload is tripped the electronic timer and oven light will always work. If the oven light works and the electronic timer/clock does not I'd say that the timer/clock is faulty.
The timer may think it is still in clean. The easiest way to try and fix this is to set another clean cycle and let it run all the way. Set it for the least amount of time that it will let you for example try a 15 minute clean cycle. Once it goes through it and turns off automatically it may release the lock, if not you will most likely need someone from service out.
I have one of these too. the TOP small clock should be set to the time you want the oven to start and the BOTTOM small clock should be set to the time you want it to turn off. Be sure to set the oven settings to what you want and the correct temperature.
Try testing it first just to see if it works correctly. It's also important to make sure the other large clock on the oven is set correctly.
my kenmore double oven model 41165 has no power....its hardwired 40 amp....it stopped working when it was cooling down after the slf cleaning cycle..we had a storm and had a minute power outage. Finakky got the door open but it wont turn on at all. Tried the breakers but i stll get no power....no even the bulb.......thanks....
my kenmore model number 911-47699100 oven doesn't work. Everything except the oven and broil works--cleaning, all timers, start button, etc. All that happens when you push start is about every 30 seconds, two relays can be heard making and breaking kind of like a click then immediately a clack. No error codes appear. Replaced sensor but that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
