I Have just been given a hp dc7600. I have it all

I Have just been given a hp dc7600. I have it all set up and working but it has no internet connection. This must be because it is not plugged into my wireless netgear router as this is in another room where the phone point is. My laptop is in the same place as my new comuter and this works on the internet but this must be beacuse it has built in wireless? Does the new computer not have built in wireless and if not what can I get to make it connect to the router in the other room? Or do I just need to buy a long phone cable?
