u need to disconnect and reconnect the SATA cable and Power Cable from the motherboard and then U need to Uninstall the Printer and Reinstall it from the Website,
Plss remember that u need to select the Correct Drivers, that is, it should be Xp or Vista, Depending on ur computer OS.
