water level is ok or not, drum motor shows any effort of turning? try spinning empty and tell.

Fitted new carbon brushes in drum motor, works okay now

Possibly the main motor is having short circuit, try replacing the main Capacitor ( 47uF/450VAC ).
Hope it works.........
