How to fix cannot read usb

Hi,
This may happen if the filesystem of you pen drive may got corrupted or else there may be some hardware problem. Try connecting your pen drive to some other system and check. If it works, then there can be some hardware/driver problem with your system. If your pen drive was detected then right click the pen drive icon in my computer and format it. It should fix the errors related to file system corruption. But you will lose all the data present in the pen drive. Try connecting the pen drive to the usb port present at the back of your computer cabinet as the front end USB extension may wrongly connected to motherboard inside your cabinet. If none of the above solutions is helpful then its time to replace your pendrive.

sometimes this is a voltage issue. try plugging directly into the computer, and not into a USB hub.
