GE Nautilus My dishwasher is only about 2 years old and has started to leak out of the lower right hand corner. It leaks a good deal of water. Any ideas?

I'll bet you the problem is the corner rubber boots at the lower corners of the door. If you look at them closely you'll probably notice that they're bent and not accepting the door gasket the way they should. I'm replacing my dishwasher because of this exact recurring problem.....my unit was just about that old when it started on mine too. Good Luck.

Our dishwasher had the same problem and it turned out that a broken glass had pierced the seal around the motor and water was leaking into the motor and out onto the floor So we had to replace the whole motor. Luckily it was covered under warranty.

Cannot remove lower spray arm ge dishwasher GSD5911

Some spray arms out there are reverse threaded, however the one that you are dealing with should be regular threads. Should be an opening at the very bottom of the spray arm where you can stick a screwdriver through and use both hands(one on each end of screwdriver) and carefully loosen it. Make sure you get the new one on as tight as you can by hand, then check to make sure its tight by using the screwdriver again. With the screwdriver through the hole, and one hand on each end of it, just apply pressure clockwise, but you do not have to force it. Hand tight plus an ever so slight turn with the screwdriver should do it. Don't forget that anytime you are replacing the spray arm, you must always check once the new one is in place that you do not have a leak underneath the dishwasher. Also remove all water before you start replacing the spray arm to prevent water from leaking once you break the seal when loosening the spray arm.

GE DISHWASHER LEAKS AT LEFT CORNER

Have the same dishwasher and happens sometimes to mine when the door doesn't close properly because it is hitting the cabinet front. Try pulling up and forward from the bottom of the door when it is closed. if the bottom comes forward this could make the difference and stop the leak.

Door leak

I had the same problem. On the right side of the tank in Bosch dishwashers there is a steam port. If you place a large object in the right hand edge of the tray, a pressure build up causes the leak. Put large stuff on the left and you should be good to go!

Good luck.
