Everytime I turn on my camera now it won't open

Everytime I turn on my camera now it won't open the lens and it says to turn it on and off again, then it still doesn't work. What do i do?

Unfortunetly the lens problem indicates it probably has a motherboard or system issue or the drive gears are jammed or failed. This should be covered under any warranty but if you don;t have it then you should consider replacement not repair as the cost will be close to a new camera.
