I mate jas jam phone problem

my i mate jas jam screen keeps going white
I-mate JasJam.....I have had that problem for a while, I found if the unit cools the problem disappeared. I also lost my ability to use the speaker phone and I have no ringtones that started about 7 month after I purchased. Now my phone has no display at all the battery will not hold charge. So I have ordered a new battery to see if that will at least get the device to work. Have been an owner since 9/30/2006. I use this phone for everything. I hope I can get it repaired and back in service.
