Hello Just unplug the device from AC mains socket and replug it after 3 minutes and see whether it helps you. If not, a firware upgrade will be necessary. The supplied PC installer CD contains Media Manager [DMM] software. it will help you to upgrade for WAC700 center. For details see DMMs' help file. Refer to the manual CONNECT YOUR PC to learn how to install the software. OK.
you should have been provided with a cd with a software for upgrading your device.format your device using windows, (remember dont use quick format) and then install the software from the cd.connect the device and then try to upgrade it. if your system notifies that it isnt able to upgrade or if it says system file error, generate the system file by recording a voice and saving it.then connect it to the pc and upgrade. hope your problem is tackled.have a nice day
I have upgraded my RCA Lyra 1080 and show music files on the Lyra Window in my pc, but when I attempt to play music on the Lyra it says "no music files."
Hi, you can try to upgrade the player's firmware, you can download it from the RCA Website (http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads.aspx?product=187), the firmware it's the second app listed.
If your computer doesn't recognize the player, you'll have to turn it
off and keep "PLAY" pressed for 10 seconds while connecting it to the
USB port, then update the firmware.
This may be caused due to damaged firmware but can be recovered by firmware upgrade. Click on the link given below to download the Firmware folder on your computer. When done, refer to file "procedure.doc", a Word file included in the Firmware folder, and follow the procedure to upgrade the Firmware of MP3 player. Download the Firmware folder at http://www.curtisint.com/html/custservice/manuals/CUR_MPS1015_FW-UPGRADE.ZIP
