Have you installed the device drivers that came with it? If the answer is yes, did you encounter any kind of error when you were installing the drivers?

Prior to using your wireless adapter you need to install the software and driver for your device to work properly...use the supplied disc that came with your wireless adapter...if you can't find it try clicking this link and you have to choose the correct version then download driver/software..
