your main power assembly has blown a heat sink
the board runs around 2-300 and unless your very good with electronics, I would call a repait man...
Check your labor costs and add that to board cost
if you look around you might find a good guy that can get it done in just a few minuts and less than a hundred.. I live in Mass and 79.00 is my hourly labor for this repair..
