Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
Unable to listen to music on my player...keep gettin message license acquisition failed...what does that mean?
SOURCE: samsung mp3 player problems
Licenses are required when you are using subscription music (i.e. - Rhapsody monthly). They need to be updated every 30 days. Just reconnect your device to the service and it will update automatically. If you are not using these services and you have transferred music from your own cd's. The default settings for Windows Media Player are "copy protect my music" which would give you this same error. If this is the case, you need to change the setting in Windows Media Player. Tools>Options>Rip Music "Uncheck copy protect my music". You may also want to change the rip tracks as setting to MP3. Then you would need to re-rip the tracks as unprotected, then transfer the files to the device. Make sure you remove the original files, as they will still cause you problems. Best of Luck.

SOURCE: It won't let me listen to music
There are a few different possibilities.
1)Your subscription to your digital music service such as Napster, etc has expired. Sorry - unless you renew your subscription, you will not be able to play these songs again.
2) Your songs have DRM-encryption on them. To check and see, right click on an individual song name in Windows Media Player, and click on "License" or "Digital Rights"; if the affected songs have DRM encryption, then get DRM-removal software.
3) Your songs do NOT have DRM-encryption on them. In this instance, follow the procedure for item#2, except click on the link in the License or digital Rights tab that says "acquire license" (make sureyou are connected to the internet first).

I have the fusion mp4-mp3 and found that you have to drag and drop from limewire or windows media. I plugged the fusion into my computer and it comes up as an external drive. double click and it opens up the fusion. I then opened limewire and was able to drag and drop the music into it. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: i cant put music on my mp3
Put a CD into your computer and then select all. After that click sync to MP3 player. If that doesn't help, hightlight everything, then right click and then click send to-Removable disk F. That should send it to your MP3 player.
