What is the white dots going from left to righ on

Most Plasma Tvs eventually develop this problem. This is called "diffusion" and it is a fault that occurs in the Panel of the tv. In most cases it can be fixed by adjusting the V-scan alignment settings but in some cases you may have to replace the panel.
