Can you write a mail but not send it? Or does nothing happen (or you get an error) when you click an email link? Are you using some sort of webmail service, like GMail or Yahoo or Hotmail? Firefox is a web browser, and if you are not using a web-based mail service, you are not using Firefox for your e-mail. Please explain exactly what steps you're taking to try and send e-mail, and detail any messages you receive along the way.

Hi, Would you mind telling us what email program you're using? Or is it webmail? Who is the email provider (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, work email, etc...)?
