Problem for Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop

I have a Casio PCR-T740 that i bought a few days

I have a Casio PCR-T740 that i bought a few days ago and I cannot use the CA/Amt Tend button with out the error code E037 happening. I can use the CH, CHK and CR buttons without any trouble. It is only when I try to use the CA/Amt Tend button.
