Need a manual and remote control for an ilo LCT 42HA36

Need a manual and remote control for an ilo LCT 42HA36 TV. We are using a universal remote. Cannot control the picture size to adjust for HD. No control over the mono stero which pops in and out. Cannot turn TV off and on with remote we are using.

Look on line and see if you can find a phone number or a way you can order a new remote and a neew control for your set.
Note:Most televisions will operate from a universal remote but you wont be able to do any major changes with it.
