LCD TV White Screen

I bought an RCA LCD TV about a month ago and for some reason today I now have a white screen. Even when I turn the TV off and turn it back on, I still only have the white screen. I've checked RCA's website for solutions and I got nothing. The model number is L26WD21. I hope I can get some help.

-   My Sanyo 26' also has a white screen and only sound- it just happened out of the blue. Now that I fiddled with the remote, I don't have sound either, because I can't see the settings I have chosen. Is there a way to fix this or should I get ready to send it to the manufacturer?-   Guest

do you still have this tv? what happens if you hit the info button - does it bring up the banner at the bottom of the screen?
