Another one with Faceplate buttons not working?

You might be able to find a faceplate on eBay.

First thing that I would try is to reset the radio. To do this, you would want to press the reset button (located behind the faceplate) using a bent paperclip or a ball-point pen. If this type of reset (soft reset) doesn't work, then you want to disconnect constant power from the radio (hard reset). This can be done by removing the power fuse for the radio or disconnecting the negative terminal of the car battery for about 15 seconds.
Start with those two methods. Beyond that, you may have a bad faceplate and/or a bad unit and it would need to be sent to Pioneer Electronics or an electronics repair technician. For repair estimates, I recommend visiting an authorized Pioneer retailer in your area.

Honestly, it will probably cost as much as the radio did. I recommend a replacement. Sorry I couldn't give you better news.

Normally it is the button on the top left or bottm right of faceplate. it will spring the faceplate out at an angle, then you just pull off.

I have a similar problem, but only when the AUX1 input (bottom of the faceplate) has something connected.

Its the ribbon cable needs replacing going from the deck to the faceplate

push the button to flip down the face... then pull the face out toward you.

You cannot purchase a new faceplate. you will need to replace the entire unit.
