Make the crane/Wrecking ball,Knock down the sign, it makes a car. Mind control the guy to open the door. Then After you make the crane/wrecking ball car, use that to go through the 2 shiny gates to the right. After the 2nd gate, you'll see silver objects on the wall. Use the crane and destroy them which will reveal a opening you go through.

you should bring it back to the pLACE WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT. THEY WOULD PROBABLY TELL YOU WHAT TO DO.

Send it to Nintdo for replacement (refurbished one) or find a Nintendo Repair service on the internet.

sounds like a bent pin or your system if older needs a good cleaning if you have access to a air compressor or air in a can blowing it out may help.

other then that could be the main board that is having the issue but further information would be needed to assess the issue.
