I have an Aurora Papaer Shredder, that stops working almost immediately when paper is inserted. Reverse works find, but unit only goes forward have a second or two. There is no paper jam. I suspect that the circuit board has gone bad. How can I confirm that, and get a replacement circuit Board?

It just sounds like a paper dust problem.

use canned air to completely clean all sensore.
