Is the fridge running cold as normal? If it is you will probably have to pull the back panel off the fridge to check all internal fuses and connections for internal lights and fan. That can be a shock or other hazard and usually requires a technician. If the entire fridge is out/not cooling (you said fan is off) then the follwing may apply: You may have already done this but please verify your outlet is OK with any other appliance or light or radio. Also you may plug your fridge in somewhere else just as a test. Many kitchens today do have sneaky GFI interruptor outlets for safety. If ANY other one outlet is tripped in the house it could kill power to other outlets too (these can have a little red-light on it) will need reset. It may not be the same outlet your fridge is plugged into. Some outlets can be off and others on.
