Repairman said hole in p/n wh41x10120 was reason for leak. Hole looks like it has been there???

- Thanks for the post! I didn't see a hole in the picture where our hole is... Don't know what caused this hole - it is on the side of the part - almost a perfect oval hole (the path water travels into the washer). Thanks so much for the post and the reference to the website. I'll probably order and repair myself saving $$$! Thanks again!Clarification Request

You can view this part on line at repairclinic.com. I don't see any holes other than the hose connections.
