- I have the same problem. Prior to the problem, the print monitor was telling me that both cyan and magenta were running low so I replaced them. I inadvertently put in a photmagenta cartridge, not simple magenta and now, even with the correct cartridge and all the other cartridges replaced, the problem remains.
