Question about Disney PC1310 TVD TV
I have the Pirates of the Caribbean TV and the matching DVD player and I connected them using the included cable but I cannot get a picture on the TV. The TV and DVD player both power up and I can hear the dvd player working, but no picture. There are only so many ways the cables can be connected, so what am I doing wrong?
I'm not sure how much you know about the cables, I know I don't know anything about the specific TV and DVD player you have, but if the chords are AV cables (most likely) then they're most likely color coded, but not all TV connectors are. The audio part of the cables are white, and the video part of the cables are yellow. Other than that the only suggestion I have is making sure the TV is on an "imput", "video", or "game" channel (it's not one of the normal channels, and just about every TV has a different name for it). I don't know if any of that helps, so let me know, and if there is anything else I can do to help, I will. Also, sorry if any of my information is confusing.
