Question about Zoom 5515A (55150200A) Modem
I have a Zoom Moden connceted to a Netgear router. Well I am only get a good conncetion to the desktop and not the labtop Can you please help
Can you provide the following details:
1. Are you attempting to connect via wired or wireless?
2. Is your laptop configured with a static or DHCP address?
3. If Wireless, are you using WEP or WAP, and do you have matching credentials betweent he router and laptop?
