Wont starup? is a generic question and have a million answers...
but, basic reason wont start can be:
1) Bad hard Drive, or is not setup for 34 bit access on BIOS.
2) Virus
3) do a redect HARD DRIVE on BIOS , and check the belt that connect the hard disk, and cable for power the hard disk.
other than this, reinstall the OS, or change de HARD DRIVE.
