Problem for Acer TravelMate 4150LCi PC Notebook

My acer laptop doesn't continue after setup configuration

I have acer labtop,i was trying to install winxp (p3),it will go till setup is initialize the configuration,after that system will restart for install windows,but its not continue from cd xp, and also it will not shot down,it will stand in black page and just - is there. plz help. thanks

try to install again windows xp this time boot cd first and then format your C drive and then install.
