Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I bought my mom the SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player for Christmas and today we finally put the software on my computer -- but when I tried to put my songs (.mp3 format) onto it then it said that file was not supported? Do I HAVE TO CONVERT ALL OF MY .MP3'S TO .WMA's or something?
Please help! Thank you so much!
on my sandisk sansa e 250 mp3 player when i try to put songs on it it says my files are corrupted what do i do?
I don't know about converting the MP3s to WMAs, but I had the same problem with "corrupt files."
What fixed that for me was instead of dragging and dropping files onto the Sansa, I synchronized them using Windows Media player, but only do 10-20 songs at a time, because if you try to do too many, they probably won't show up. I know it's tedious and annoying, but that's what did it for mine :) I hope this helps.
