Lexmark x4270 I cant install my laxmark printer on my computer (Have windows vista)

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X4270 printer driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on FILTER > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen.
Note: The Lexmark X4270 works on Windows XP and previous versions only. This model is not compatible with Mac operating system and Windows Vista or Windows 7.

X4270 cannot work on windows 98/ME, this Lexmark is only compatible with Windows XP and Vista, and does not work on Windows ME.

Hit Start, Run and type Regedit

Find the following HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows| CurrentVersion\ Explorer\User Shell Folders

In the right pane - see if these is any entries which has an F or any other alphabelts not C (your OS folder) modify data to C:\
