Lg mp3 mp4 player not responding

Everytime player turned on it shuts off after a few seconds. I also am having problem of it saying memory 99%, I have only downloaded 44%.I can't listen to any music on it, watch videos, or movies I have downloaded onto it. I have looked and cannot find a reset button on the device anywhere, it only shows mic, headphones, and usb port. Can you help me??
