Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

Replacement or Repair

I dropped my Razr and cracked the outer screen which is also not working. Is it cheaper to replace the phone or have it repaired? If it is cheaper to get repaired, where can I do that? I live in California.

Re: Replacement or Repair

You will have to check with your provider and see if there is a repair center close to is cheaper to replace the screen then to buy a new phone.

The original screen will cost you around 1500 to 2000INR. You can get that in authorised motorola service center located in the city. You didnt mention your area and location. So we cant able to help you out in finding the nearest service center buddy!! Am really sorry abt that!!

Cracked touch screen i9 phone

The I9 has a defect. The outer screen, which is glued, does not allow for expansion. My screen cracked after only a week of light use. My phone was NEVER DROPPED, and developed a small crack near the edge. Within two hours, the crack expanded to the other side of the screen. The phone i have was manufactured in the same month I got it. Motorola has some issues with their warranty system, and it only works sporatically. This phone will most likely be recalled.
