I have an annual automatic renewal with Norton
I have an annual automatic renewal with Norton with effect from 4/11/09. They billed my credit card on 20/10/09. I cancelled the auto renewal on 22/10/09 because it applies to a freeserve account that I no longer have and Norton must know this when trying to apply their security software. Can I have a refund of £39.99 and will they cancel my credit card number off their records.
