If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heatingthe most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glowssometimes it is still not working properly.

If you have an electric dryer, you can have many differentthings that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

If the motor is working...Shut off the power to the dryer, reach inside the drum and try to rotate the drum 1/4-1/2 turn. Sometimes the motors get dead zones in them and this will help move it out of the dead zone
It could also be the drum rollers that need lubrication or replacement, if they are not rotating it would not allow the drum to spin.
Vibration problem occurs on dryer/washers because of bad dampers generally. When drum is loaded, the load is distributed randomly, so its create vibration when drum spin in certain revolution. The dampers are supposed to take this vibration and minimize them.
There are more possibilities like drum dislocation or bended drum etc.
OK, Kenmore,.... I don't work on many of them, but,....
Disconnect power. You have to lift the top to gain access to the screws near the top which hold the front panel to the sides. If it has a top lint filter, you will most likely have to remove the screws holding that to the top, then use a putty knife to release the spring clips at the top of the front panel. Sounds like the blower wheel is spinning freely on the motor shaft, requiring replacement of blower wheel.
